Shuffle Your Workout Cards
Randomize your workout by shuffling the deck. Each deck includes tons of fun & new exercises along with the number of reps to complete.
Set Your Timer
Set a timer for 20 minutes (or more, you choose), and see how many cards you can complete. Track your time to see if you can beat your best record.
